Today we had breakfast from 8:00 am. We then went to the meeting room to drop off our suitcases. Then we took cabs to the German Embassy. There were only us Germans and Japanese present.
From the outside, the embassy looked a bit like a bunker and the security measures seemed to be very high. When we were finally allowed inside, a diplomat came up to us and talked about the work at the German embassy. We were able to ask lots of questions, which were answered in detail. This gave us an exciting insight into the life and work of a diplomat.
After the visit, we went to a restaurant together where we were served delicious food: Tempura 🍤, rice, various meat skewers, salads and a delicious mochi ice cream for dessert.
Afterwards, our scavenger hunt started.
