This interactive training introduces young leaders from Germany and Japan to the power of diplomacy as a key leadership skill.
Understand: Participants will learn what diplomatic behavior means, how it varies across cultures, and how the United Nations promotes peaceful cooperation and multilateral dialogue worldwide.
Apply: They will practice communicating clearly and respectfully, balancing different perspectives.

It is getting more challenging whensomeone comes from a different background, uses words or gestures different and haslearned things in a different contex.
The goal of this training is to spot cultural differences in communication, how to be aware of them and how to do a fruitful discussion.
